Our Moments
From the Table to the World 🌟
A few pictures from our gaming events
We bring kids together around the table to build critical thinking, social skills, and logic — one game at a time.
Every roll of the dice, every card played, every strategy debated — it's all secretly a lesson in life skills children carry forever.
Games challenge kids to plan ahead, weigh options, and think through consequences in a safe, low-stakes environment.
Turn-taking, sportsmanship, teamwork, and reading the room — the game table is a social classroom.
From counting and probability to pattern recognition, games make abstract concepts concrete and fun.
Learning to win gracefully and lose graciously builds resilience and empathy that last a lifetime.
These are just a sample of the many games we bring to our programs! We curate age-appropriate games proven to build skills while keeping kids completely hooked.
Gaming Unplugged is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to teaching kids social skills, critical thinking, and logic through board games.
Gaming Unplugged started from a simple belief: the best lessons happen when kids are having too much fun to notice they're learning.
We are game enthusiasts and community builders who saw something magical happening every time children gathered around a board game. That magic, curiosity, and collaboration is exactly what we've set out to spread to every child.
We gathered around the table for game nights with our friends and siblings and saw how our communication, patience, and problem-solving flourished. We wondered what would happen if every child had the same opportunity.
We partnered with our local library in Parkland, Florida, brought in a dozen games and watched 20 kids transform. Parents noticed the difference immediately!
We started conducting monthly game days at the library. We are now working on partnering with other libraries and community centers in the Broward County area. If you're interested in hosting a free gaming event in your community, school, place of worship, or library, reach out to us.

It was an incredible experience filled with fun, laughter, and a deep appreciation for the power of play.
